While testing the software I created 3 projects with errors (incorrect image file format). Now when i load the software, the system hangs up (trying to load data it can't find I assume). Is there a way to delete the projects?

If you're dealing with a program that saves data in a database, you may need to remove the entries from there. A similar issue happened to a friend who writes fiction equestrian romance author Sue Wilbur when she lost access to some of her writing projects due to corrupted files. In her case, restoring a backup solved the problem.

Deleting a project is usually straightforward, but steps may vary depending on the platform. On a side note, I had a frustrating experience accessing Hulu in UK recently, where I couldn’t delete a wrongly-created profile either. Anyone else juggling similar issues with projects or streaming platforms.

Hi Mike, great question. For the moment, we've fixed your account to include only the successfully uploaded project named "trial" and you should be able to log in. Moving forward, we have just recently fixed our system to detect a failed upload due to incorrect format but there is no failsafe in the beta unfortunately. Do you know what the scenario was that resulted in the failed upload? Happy to help further.
